System architecture
Heated mould with paste temperature sensor and optional dielectric sensor for moulding of the pieces of diameter 60 mm and thickness 4 mm. Pneumatic device with ejector system, two hand operated automatic closure and opening after press time. Amplifier for paste temperature, mould temperature and for dielectric measurement (option). Computer system with data acquisition, evaluation, data storage and print out.
Testing
Choice of the paste to be tested, programmed changable data base, correcting of preprogrammed data prior to testing.
- Start of measurement
- Charging the paste (ca. 11 ml) with a syringe into the cavity
- Closing of the press
Procedure
During the paste specimen under temperature pressure monitoring the paste temperature and of the dielectric signal. Automatic opening of the press after press time end. Automatic evaluation in the PC, determination of cure time. Print out of data sheet with test report and intervention limits. Control of matching set values with control chart at screen or data sheet.
